摘要
针对企业人工点焊焊接过程中的质量问题,设计了一套基于PLC的焊点质量监控系统,采集焊接电流及焊接点数据进行判断处理,结合监控对象的电流最大值、最小值及平均值,以及不同焊接件焊点个数等多种统计信息,能够实现对焊接质量的监控,利用网络通信有效地增强对焊接过程的信息化管理,以触摸屏、工控机、云端APP等实现对现场人工焊接的实时质量监控。
In order to solve the quality problems in the process of artificial spot welding enterprise,design a set ofweld quality monitoring system of PLC,and the collection of the welding current is processed welding point data,combined with the monitoring object current maximum,minimum and average values,and different welding welding point number and other statistical information,to achieve the monitoring of welding quality,network communication effectively enhance the information management of the welding process by using real-time quality controlwith touch screen,industrial computer,APP and other cloud to achieve on-site manual welding.
