欧盟发布《有关成员国法院评估转嫁给间接购买者的垄断高价的指南》(草案)--兼评如何解决间接购买者提起反垄断民事诉讼中的难点问题 被引量：1

摘要 自《最高人民法院关于审理因垄断行为引发的民事纠纷案件应用法律若干问题的规定》（＂《反垄断诉讼司法解释》＂）出台以来,中国反垄断民事诉讼案件数量呈现逐年上升的趋势。据不完全统计,2017年各级人民法院审理完结的反垄断民事诉讼案件数量已达到162件。反垄断民事诉讼已经和反垄断行政执法调查并行成为我国实施《反垄断法》、保护消费者利益和维护市场公平竞争秩序的有效武器。
