Objective To investigate the correlation between intervertebral bone graft volume and postoperative fusion in lumbar posterior lumbar reduction and bone graft fusion. Methods A total of 80 patients with posterior lumbar spondylolis- thesis and bone graft fusion and internal fixation were enrolled in the hospital from January 2014 to January 2018. The pa- tients were divided into 0.1 cm3/partiele group according to the intervertebral bone volume (n=40) and 0.2 cm3/partiele group (n=40), the average bone graft volume, intervertebral total vertebral volume, Cage height, low back pain, VAS score of both lower extremity pain, ODI score statistical analysis of intervertebral space height and bone graft fusion. Results The average bone graft volume of patients in the 0.1 cm3/granule group was significantly less than 0.2 cm3/granule group, the different was statistically significant (P〈0.05), the intervertebral space height was significantly higher than 0.2 cm3/granule group, the different was statistically significant(P〈0.05), and the bone graft fusion rate was 92.5% (37/40) was significantly higher than 0.2 cm3/particle group 82.5% (33/40),the different was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The volume of intervertebral bone graft in the posterior lumbar spine reduction and bone graft fusion is significantly correlated with postoperative fusion.
