摘要
目的探讨疼痛敏感性对腰椎滑脱患者手术后疗效的影响。方法选取2014年7月~2015年12月我院收治的68例腰椎滑脱患者进行回顾性分析,均采用PLIF手术治疗。按术前PSQ评分分为LPSQ组(PSQ得分<6.5分)和HPSQ组(PSQ评分≥6.5分),每组各34例。随访其手术疗效。结果 HPSQ组患者术前、术后末次随访的VAS及ODI评分均高于LPSQ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HPSQ组患者术后VAS、末次随访ODI评分改善分数低于LPSQ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比疼痛敏感性低的患者,疼痛敏感性高的患者在腰椎滑脱手术后的疼痛和残疾改善较少,PSQ可用于腰椎滑脱手术后的手术疗效评估。
Objective To investigate the influence of pain sensitivity on postoperative efficacy in patients undergoing lumbar spondy]olisthesis.Methods From July 2014 to December 2015,68 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.They were provided with posterior lumbar interbody fusion （PLIF）,Accord- ing to the preoperative personal strain questionnaire （PSQ） score,they were divided into low PSQ （PSQ〈6.5） and high PSQ group （PSQ ≥6.5）,34 cases in each group.The surgical effects were followed up.Results The scores of visual analogue scale （VAS） and ODI before surgery and last follow-up visit after surgery in the high PSQ group were all higher than those in the low PSQ group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.OS）.The improvement scores of postopera- tive VAS and ODI at the last follow-up visit after surgery in the high PSQ group were lower than those in the low PSQ group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with patients with low pain sensitivi- ty,improvement of pain and disability in high pain sensitivity patients after lumbar spondylolisthesis is not remarkable. PSQ can be used to evaluate the efficacy of lumbar spondylolisthesis surgery.
