摘要
目的:探讨水胶体敷料在1~2期压疮患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年6月-2017年12月接受治疗的80例1~2期压疮患者。按照随机数字法分两组,对照组和观察组,每组40例,其中对照组压疮患者给予常规治疗,而观察组压疮患者给予水胶体敷料治疗。比较两组压疮患者在治疗有效率、压疮愈合时间、护理时间及护理满意度的差异。结果:观察组治疗有效率、护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组的愈合时间、护理时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:水胶体敷料可显著缩短1~2期压疮患者的护理时间,加快压疮愈合,增强疗效,提高护理满意度,疗效显著。
ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of hydrocolloid dressing in the nursing of patients with stage 1-2 pressure ulcer.Method：Eighty patients with stage 1-2 pressure ulcers who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected.According to the random number method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,each group of 40 cases,of which the control group of pressure ulcers patients were given conventional treatment,while the observation group of pressure ulcers patients were treated with hydrocolloid dressing.The differences in treatment efficiency,time of healing of pressure ulcers,time of care and satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups of pressure ulcers patients.Result： The effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The healing time and nursing time of the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Hydrocolloid dressing can significantly shorten the nursing time of patients with pressure ulcers in stage 1-2,accelerate the healing of pressure ulcers,enhance the curative effect,improve the satisfaction of nursing,and the curative effect is remarkable.
