摘要
目的:探讨两种置管长度对成人急性有机磷中毒患者洗胃效果的对比情况分析。方法:回顾性选取2017年2月~2019年5月于本院急诊就治的急性有机磷中毒患者91例作为研究对象,根据使用胃管长度的不同,将所有患者分为实验组(n=47)和对照组(n=44),实验组选取的胃管从第三侧孔至剑突的长度,约为65cm;对照组选取从胃管尾部至剑突的测量长度,约为50cm,分析比较引流量及洗胃彻底程度,对腹胀程度进行对比。结果:实验组患者引流量较对照组多,且出现腹胀的程度较对照组轻,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组洗胃彻底例数为46例(97.87%)明显高于对照组37例(84.10%),组间洗胃效果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在成人急性有机磷中毒的治疗中,相较于从胃管尾部至剑突的测量长度,选取从第三侧孔至剑突的长度更能彻底清除胃内毒物,且不良反应较轻,安全性高。
Objective:To explore the effect of gastric lavage with two kinds of tube length for adult patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning.Methods:From February 2017 to May 2019,91 patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning who were treated in the emergency department were retrospectively selected as the study objects in our hospital.According to the length of gastric tube,all patients were divided into the experimental group(n=47)and the control group(n=44).The length of gastric tube in the experimental group was about 65cm from the third side hole to the xiphoid process.In the control group,the measured length was about 50cm from the tail of the gastric tube to the xiphoid process.The drainage volume and the degree of gastric lavage were analyzed and compared,and the degree of abdominal distension was compared.Results:The drainage volume of the experimental group was more than that of the control group,and the degree of abdominal distension was less than that of the control group.There was statistical significance between groups(P<0.05).The number of complete gastric lavage cases in the experimental group was 46 cases(97.87%),it was significantly higher than that in the control group 37 cases(84.10%),and the difference in gastric lavage effect between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of acute organophosphorus poisoning in adults,when compares with the length from the tail of the gastric tube to the xiphoid process,the length from the third side hole to the xiphoid process can completely remove the toxic substances in the stomach,with less adverse reactions and higher safety.
