摘要
通过对新零售业态本质的分析与同城快递业务的特点分析,站在整合资源、提高流通效率、以顾客为核心的角度提出了新零售业态下同城快递的发展模式,即:线下体验+线上下单(同城零售App)+同城快递(同城快递App)的多种资源整合模式及线下寄件需求+线上下单(同城快递App)+同城快递的快递资源整合模式。所提出的模式既有利于增加快递企业的同城快递业务量,促进快递企业优化同城快递网络布局,也有利于快递企业为顾客创造时间价值。
Based on the analysis of the essence the new retail format and the analysis of the characteristics of the Intra-City Express Servies,this paper puts forward the development mode of the city express under the new retail format from the perspective of integrating resources,improving circulation efficiency and taking customers as the core,that is,the offline experience + the online retailing App + the city express( the same city express App),A variety of resource integration modes,and puts forwardthe development mode of offline mail demand + online order( city express App) + Express,A resource integration mode of the intra-City Express Servies. The proposed model can not only increase express business in the same city express service,promote the express enterprise to optimize the distribution of the same city express network,but also create time value for the customers.
