摘要 随着电商网络销售的蓬勃发展,我国快递企业业务不断发展,快递数量呈现逐年上升趋势,但末端配送一直困扰着快递企业。为了解决末端配送目前存在的问题,借助共享物流的理论,为快递企业末端配送的发展指明方向。文章介绍几种常见的快递企业末端配送模式,运用对比分析的方法深入分析几种末端配送模式的优势及劣势,比较几种末端配送模式在物流成本、业务拓展性、覆盖范围、便捷强度等四个方面的绩效。通过对几种末端配送模式进行分析,发现快递企业末端配送模式存在的问题,并且提出相应的建议。 With the booming development of E-commerce network sales, China's express delivery business continues to develop, and the number of express delivery shows a trend of increasing year by year. Terminal delivery has been troubling express delivery enterprises. In order to solve the current problems of terminal distribution, the theory of shared logistics is used to point out the direction for the development of terminal distribution of express delivery enterprises. This paper introduces several common end delivery modes of express delivery enterprises, and makes an in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of several end delivery modes with the method of comparative analysis, and compares the performance of several end delivery modes in four aspects, including logistics cost, business expansion, coverage, convenience and strength. Throuth the analysis of several terminal distribution modes, the problems of the terminal distribution modes of express delivery enterprises are found, and corresponding suggestions are put forward.
