摘要
目的结合大规模病历统计对偏侧咀嚼在颞下颌关节紊乱病患者中的临床特点进行分析,讨论偏侧咀嚼与颞下颌关节紊乱疾病的相关性,从而给临床工作以指导。方法本次实验采用在2004年1月～2014年12月之间,就诊于首都医科大学北京口腔医院的2743名被诊断为颞下颌关节紊乱病的患者(共5486侧关节)的临床病例资料,并对其进行分类和统计。由此分类统计分析得出颞下颌关节紊乱病的主要就诊原因和发病诱因。结果经统分析偏侧咀嚼和颞下颌关节紊乱的三大主要临床症状:疼痛、弹响和下颌运动异常之间成正相关。结论偏侧咀嚼是诱发颞下颌关节紊乱综合症的重要因素,偏侧咀嚼加重了颞下颌关节紊乱病的三大临床症状,牙体疾病和牙列缺损诱发了患者的偏侧咀嚼从而导致颞下颌关节紊乱症的症状。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of unilateral mastication in patients with temporomandibular disorders and discuss the correlation between unilateral mastication and temporomandibular disorders,so as to provide guidance for clinical work.Methods From January 2004 to December 2014,2 743 patients （5 486 joints） with temporomandibular disorders were treated in Beijing Stomatological Hospital of Capital Medical University.The main causes and causes of TMD were statistically analyzed.Results There was a positive correlation between the three main clinical symptoms of unilateral mastication and temporomandibular joint disorder pain, bouncing and mandibular dyskinesia.Conclusion Unilateral mastication is an important factor in temporomandibular disorder syndrome.Unilateral mastication aggravates the three clinical symptoms of temporomandibular disorder.Tooth disease and dentition defect induce unilateral mastication which leads to temporomandibular disorder.
