摘要
目的:总结分析通络涤痰饮联合温针灸治疗中风后偏瘫的临床效果。方法:研究对象为我院2015年12月1日—2017年12月31日期间收治的52例脑梗死住院患者,随机分组并命名为观察组(26例)与对照组(26例),对照组西医治疗,观察组西医治疗+通络涤痰饮+温针灸,对比分析两组患者治疗的相关资料。结果:在总有效率以及治疗后NIHSS评分、FuglMeyer评分、BI评分等指标方面,观察组优于对照组,差异性对比存在统计学有意义(P <0.05)。结论:通络涤痰饮联合温针灸治疗中风后偏瘫,可进一步提高患者治疗效果,改善患者生活质量,缓解患者偏瘫问题,值得推广应用。
Objective： To summarize and analyze the clinical efect of Tongluo Ditan decoction （通络涤痰饮 ）combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegia after apoplexy. Methods： The subjects of the study were 52 inpatients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from December 01, 2015 to December 31, 2017. They were randomly divided into the observation group （n=26）and the control group （n=26）. The observation group was treated with Tongluo Ditan decoction （通络涤痰饮 ）and warm moxibustion, andthe control group received western medicine treatment and the data of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： Compared with the control group, the observation group was better in terms of total efciency, NIHSS score, Fugl-Meyer score and BI score, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Tongluo Ditan decoction （通络涤痰饮 ） combined with warm acupuncture therapy could improve the therapeutic efect of patients, improve the quality of life of patients and alleviate the problem of hemiplegia, which was worth popularizing and applying.
