摘要
发展壮大村级集体经济是农村基层组织建设的重点和难点,是加快社会主义新农村建设的重要保证,也是解决村集体"有钱办事"的根本途径。近年来,海北州多措并举,积极推进农牧业供给侧结构性改革,培育和发展农牧业新型经营主体,深化农牧区各项改革,依托农牧区合作经济组织的发展带动,逐步探索出强有力的村级集体经济发展路径。
The development of the village-level collective economy is the key and difficult point of the construction of rural grass-roots organizations. it is an important guarantee to speed up the construction of the new socialist countryside. it is also the basic way to solve the village collective ＂ having money to do things＂ . In recentyears, the state of haidao has actively promoted the structural reform of the supply side of agriculture and animal husbandry, fostered and developed new-type management subjects of agriculture and animal husbandry,deepened the reforms in the agricultural and pastoral areas, and relied on the development of cooperative economic organizations in rural and pastoral areas, we will gradually explore a strong village-level collective economic development path.
