摘要
文章主要阐述了应用连续动态加热技术提升红外加热无尘裁切机裁切品质的方法。在半固化片裁切过程中,结合连续动态加热技术。在机器向前送料及横向静态裁切的同时,精确控制纵向裁切速度及加热功率,使整个裁切过程中纵向裁切及加热连续不间断,从而避免了由于停顿带来的加热不均及切口停顿带来的不平滑问题,提升了裁切品质。
Continuous dynamic heating technology of infrared heating in upgrading the quality of cutting prepreg is presented in this paper. Combined with the continuous dynamic heating control technology in the cutting process of cutting prepreg, this paper introduced the accurate control of vertical cutting speed and heating power at the same time as forward feed and lateral static cutting of the machine. The vertical cutting and heating of the whole cutting process is continuous and uninterrupted, which avoids the uneven heating caused by the pause and the uneven problem caused by the standstill of the incision and improves the cutting quality.
