中小学心理教师生涯成长的内容及内在途径 被引量:2

摘要 中小学心理教师的生涯成长存在着一些共性问题。为了破解生涯发展困惑,心理教师要明确生涯成长的内容和路径。从生涯发展的内容来看,中小学心理教师要不断提升自己的专业知识,提高自己的专业技能,提振自己的专业精神。为达成发展目标,可以通过广泛阅读,加强实践、交流与研讨,及时做好生涯转换,保持生涯成长动力等路径来提升自己。
