摘要
国外访学是提升高校教师国际化素养、推动教师专业发展、实现教师国际化的重要途径。通过质性研究方法,对某高校13位国外访学回国教师进行研究,分析国外访学经历对他们回国后专业发展的影响。研究发现,国外访学是高校教师的一次"成长再出发",访学动机、访学院校和导师选择、国外课堂教学和学术环境的差异体验对教师回国后的个人发展、教学发展、学术发展都产生了重要影响。高校应根据访学的不同阶段提升教师国外访学的有效性。
The overseas visiting study is an important way to improve the internationalized quality of university teachers, promote the professional development of teachers and realize the internationalization of teachers. Through qualitative research methods, 13 overseas visiting study teachers back to China were researched, and the influence of overseas visiting study experience on their professional development after returning to China was analyzed. The study found that the overseas visiting study is a start of "growing again" of university teachers. The visiting study motive, the choice of the visited university and tutor, and the difference experience of foreign classroom teaching and academic environment all have important impact on the personal development, teaching development and academic development of teachers back to China. Universities should enhance the effectiveness of teachers" overseas visiting study according to different stages of the visits.
