摘要
目的:探讨医务人员睡眠质量、职业倦怠对其主观幸福感的影响,从而为提高医务人员主观幸福感提供依据。方法:采取方便取样法,使用匹茨.堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、职业倦怠问卷(Maslach-GS)和主观幸福感标尺对西南地区3所三甲医院289名医务人员进行面对面问卷调查,运用SPSS22. 0对数据进行差异检验、相关性分析和多元分层回归分析。结果:医务人员主观幸福感在地区、学历、职称、编制情况上存在统计学差异。控制上述变量后,职业倦怠的情绪衰竭维度(β=-0. 255)、去个性化维度(β=-0. 279)对主观幸福感存在显著性影响,单独解释总分变异的17. 7%(ΔR2=0. 177)。PSQI的主观睡眠质量(β=-0. 208)、睡眠持续时间(β=-0. 122)、白天功能紊乱(β=0. 216)三个维度对主观幸福感总分的影响达到显著性,单独解释总分13. 6%的变异(ΔR2=0. 136)。结论:医务人员主观幸福感受到其职业倦怠与睡眠质量双重影响,可从改善其职业倦怠状况及睡眠质量作为提高其幸福感的切入点。
Objective To explore the influence of job burnout and sleep quality on the subjective well - being（SWB） in medi- cal staff for providing references for improve SWB in medical staff. Methods With convenience sampling method, Pittsburgh sleep quality index PSQI, Maslach Burnout Inventory - General Survey（ Maslach - GS） as well as Visual analogical well - being scale were adopted to survey 289 medical staff in three A grade hospitals. The data were statistically analyzed with SPSS22. 0 with meth- ods of mean comparison, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression. Results The score of SWB showed statistical difference regarding district, education level, job title, as well as staffing category. After aforementioned variables, the emotional exhaustion dimension（fl = -0. 255） and deindividuation dimension（fl = -0. 279） of Maslach- GS showed statistical influence on SWB and explained a total of 17. 7% （AR2 = 0. 177） variance of the SWB score. Meantime, the subjective sleep quality dimension（β=- 0. 208）, sleep duration dimension（β = -0. 122） and daytime functional disturbance dimension（β = 0. 216 ） were altogether accounted ibr 13.6% （AR2 = 0. 136） variance of the SWB score Conclusion The SWB is affected by job burnout and sleep quality, which could be the intervention ways to improving SWB in medical staff.
