探索我国残疾人职前职业培训的改革之路 被引量:1

摘要 残疾人职前职业培训不仅关系到残疾人的职业技能的获得,更对其步入社会后的就业能力有重要影响。目前残疾人职前职业培训存在着培训主体多元,责任不清;课程设置比较丰富,但较为传统,缺乏现代技术成分,针对性不强;职业培训师资队伍专业性不足;残疾人职前培训中转衔服务、就业指导和就业追踪等扶持服务质量亟待提升等问题。为提升残疾人职前职业培训质量,应该明确残疾人职前职业培训的责任主体,提升残疾人职前职业培训的质量和精准度;重视残疾人职业启蒙教育,加强培训内容的针对性;提升残疾人职业培训师资队伍专业水平,提高残疾人职业培训质量;完善残疾人就业转衔服务与扶持安置,提升残疾人就业适应能力。 Pre-service training for the disabled is not only related to the acquisition of vocational skills for the disabled, but also has an important impact on their employability after entering into the society. At present, pre-service training has diversified subjects but unclear responsibilities; the curriculum setting is relatively rich, but relatively traditional, lacking modern technical components and less targeted. Vocational training teachers are not professional and the quality of support services, such as transfer service, employment guidance and employment tracking in the pre-training needs to be improved. In order to improve the quality of pre-service training for disabled people, it is necessary to clarify the main body of pre-service vocational training , improve the quality and accuracy of pre-employment vocational training, pay attention to vocational enlightenment education for disabled people, and strengthen the pertinence of training content, improve the professional level of vocational training teachers, improve the employment transfer and support for disabled persons, and improve the employment adaptability of the disabled.
