摘要
塑料表层电磁屏蔽材料对提高电子设备电磁兼容性具有重要意义。文章综述了涂料法、金属敷层法等塑料表层电磁屏蔽材料制备方法的应用研究进展,认为此类材料的应用存在的主要问题是理论研究不足、环境适应性研究滞后、溶剂型涂料毒性问题、高温塑性变形等,其未来应向材料成分与结构对屏蔽效能的影响机理、涂料对温湿盐光照的耐受性、水性涂料研制以及开发新型纳米材料等方面发展,促使塑料表层电磁屏蔽材料得到更好推广。
That plastic surface electromagnetic shielding material can improve the electromagnetic compatibility of electronice-quipment is of great significance. The application and research progress of the preparation methods of electromagnetic shielding mate-rials for plastic surface such as coating method and metal coating method are reviewed in this paper. It is considered that the mainproblems in the application of this kind of materials are the lack of theoretical research, the lag of environmental adaptability re-search, the toxicity of solvent-based coatings, the plastic deformation at high temperature, and so on. In the future, it should be de-veloped in the following aspects: the influence mechanism of material composition and structure on shielding effectiveness, the resis-tance of coatings to temperature, humidity and salt illumination, the development of waterborne coatings and the development of newnanometer materials, so as to promote the popularization of electromagnetic shielding materials for plastic surface layer.
