采煤机牵引系统功率不平衡问题研究

摘要 因采煤机工作环境通常较恶劣,在日常生产作业中,采煤机牵引系统经常出现功率不平稳的问题,为解决采煤机牵引系统出现的功率不平衡问题,介绍了采煤机牵引传动系统以及牵引控制系统的主要结构及其工作原理,以采煤机左牵引电机电流正常,而采煤机右牵引电机电流不正常故障为例,分析了引发此故障的原因,并总结了一些处理采煤机常见故障的对策,科学、合理地应用这些故障处理对策,有助于更及时高效地解决采煤机牵引系统功率不平衡故障,更好地保障采煤机的连续可靠运行。 Due to the harsh working environment of the shearer, in the daily production operation, the shearer traction system often has unstable power. To solve the power imbalance problem of the shearer traction system, the main structure and working principle of the shearer traction drive system and the traction control system were introduced. The normal operation of the left traction motor of the shearer and the abnormal current of the right traction motor of the shearer were taken as an example to analyze the cause of the failure. And some countermeasures to deal with the common faults of the shearer were summed up. The scientific and reasonable application of these fault treatment strategies helps to solve the power imbalance fault of the shearer traction system more timely and efficiently, and better protect the shearer operation.
