摘要
影像组学是借助计算机软件从医学影像图像中挖掘肉眼看不到的定量影像学特征,用以指导临床诊治。分析肺癌的影像组学特征对其定性诊断、病理、分子分型、生物学行为预测、疗效、预后评估等方面有重要意义。本文对影像组学在肺癌上的临床应用及在实际应用中存在不足等方面做一综述。
Radiomics relies on the computer software to excavate quantitative image features that can't be seen by our eyes from medical images to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment. Analyzing radiomics features of lung tumors plays a significant role in improving its qualitative diagnosis, pathology, molecular typing, biological behavior prediction,curative effect, and prognosis evaluation. Clinical application of radiomics in lung cancer and its shortcomings in practical applications are reviewed in this article.
