个体化电动气压止血带压力在人工全膝关节置换术中的应用探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨个体化电动气压止血带压力设置对人工全膝关节置换术的手术影响。方法选取80例人工全膝关节置换术患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组根据患者的收缩压增加20 k Pa,对照组常规设置压力为60 k Pa。观察两组患者在不同止血带压力下的止血效果,松止血带后大腿处皮肤情况。结果观察组止血效果优于对照组,且观察组术后皮肤损伤的发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论设定个体化的止血带压力有更好的止血效果,便于手术医生进行操作,并且可减少不良反应的发生,提高患者的舒适度。
