摘要
根据国内外经验提出老年髋部骨折48 h绿色通道的建设设想,旨在探索符合老年人特殊体质的救治方案,以降低老年髋部骨折病死率,提高关节功能康复为目的。本文结合国内外关于快速康复,多学科协作等为基础,作一综述探索以具有中国特色的老年髋部骨折48 h绿色通道模式。
Hip fracture in the elderly has brought enormous challenges and pressures to the clinic, society and economy because of its complex disease characteristics. According to the experience at home and abroad, the idea of building the 48 hour green passage for the hip fracture for the elderly is proposed. The aim is to explore the treatment scheme which is in line with the special system of the aged, in order to reduce the death rate of the hip fracture in the elderly and improve the rehabilitation of the joint function. This article reviews the 48 hour green channel model for hip fracture with Chinese characteristics.
