炎症状态下内皮屏障功能的变化及其机制 被引量:3

Changes of endothelial barrier function in inflammation and its mechanisms

摘要 内皮细胞屏障是由相邻细胞间的连接复合物以及覆盖着细胞上的糖萼构成,作为一个动态结构,通过调节组成结构,控制着液体和血浆中一些蛋白的交换及其他一些细胞的进出,此外还参与调节血管形成、宿主防御反应、机体体液稳定和血管平滑肌张力等多种功能。机体在正常状态下,VE-cadherin参与的粘附连接和胞外信号传导导致的内皮细胞屏障的维持与稳定主要由小GTPase家族的Rac1和RhoA活化调控。而在炎症状态下其调控通路与调控途径与正常状态下不尽相同,本文将综述在炎症状态下内皮屏障功能的变化及其机制。 The endothelial barrier consists of junctional complexes between endothelial cells, which is covered by the glycocalyx in a sievelike manner. The endothelial cell barrier controls the exchange of some proteins in the fluid and plasma and the entry and exit of other cells by regulating their composition. It also regulates angiogenesis, host defense response, body fluid stability and vascular smooth muscle tension. Under normal condition, the maintenance and stabilization of endothelial cell barrier induced by the adhesion connection and extracellular signal transduction with VE-cadherin participation is mainly regulated by the activation of Racl and RhoA in the small GTPase family. However, the regulation pathway in inflammatory state is different from normal state. This article summarizes the changes and mechanisms of endothelial barrier function in inflammatory state.
