摘要
血管内皮糖萼覆盖于所有血管内皮细胞表面,在血管病理生理活动中起着重要作用。血管内皮糖萼可影响内皮细胞功能,调节血细胞和内皮细胞的相互作用,防止白细胞在内皮细胞上的粘附,此外,还是血管壁的选择性通透屏障和血流作用力的力学感受器。本文介绍了血管内皮糖萼的结构和功能与常用的研究技术,并对我们关于剪切力诱导血管内皮糖萼重构的最新研究成果进行了综述。
Endothelial glycocalyx covered the vascular endothelial cell surface, which played important roles in vascular physiology and pathology. It has been demonstrated that the endothelial glycocalyx can impact on the endothelial cell functions, regulate the blood cell-endothelial cell interactions, and prevent the leucocyte adhesion. It has been shown that the endothelial glycocalyx is also a barrier with selective permeability for the vascular wall and a mechanosensor of hydrodynamic shear stress. An overview is given of the structure and function of glycoealyx, the commonly used research techniques, and our observation of shear stress-induced remodeling of glycocalyx.
