摘要
目的观察麻杏石甘汤中杏仁剂量变化对Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn和Cu微量元素溶出的影响,为随证施量提供理论参考。方法改变麻杏石甘汤中杏仁剂量,固定其他药材(麻黄、石膏、甘草)剂量,利用电感耦合高频等离子体原子发射光谱(ICPAES)测定各水煎液中5种微量元素的溶出总量。结果元素Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu的回收率分别100. 67%,98. 17%,99. 84%,98. 83%,97. 72%;精密度试验结果分别为0. 91%,0. 97%,1. 04%,1. 09%,1. 07%。Ca的溶出总量与杏仁剂量及加水量均呈现正相关(r均为0. 992,P均为0. 000)。Mg、Fe、Mn的溶出总量与杏仁剂量呈现负相关(r分别为0. 957,0. 944,0. 944,P均为0. 000)。Cu与杏仁剂量的相关性不显著(r=0. 489,P=0. 229)。结论 ICP-AES法具有良好的准确度和精密度。Ca的溶出总量受加水量影响,Mg、Fe、Mn的溶出总量随着杏仁剂量增加而减少,Cu的溶出总量与杏仁剂量变化无关。
Objective To observe the effect of different almond doses in Maxing Shigan decoction on the contents of Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn and Cu so as to provide a theoretical basis for individual treatment. Methods Based on the fixed dose of other herbs(ephedra, gypsum, liquorice) , the contents of Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn and Cu were determined in Macing Shigan decoction with different almond doses by ICP-AES. Results The recoveries of the elements Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn and Cu were 100. 67% , 98.17% , 99. 84% , 98.83% and 97. 72% , respectively. The preeisions of the elements Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn and Cu were 0. 91% , 0. 97% , 1.04% , 1.09% and 1.07% , respectively. The total dissolved amount of Ca was positively correlated with the dose of almond and the amount of water added( both r = 0. 992,P = 0. 000). The total dissolved amounts of Mg, Fe, Mn were negatively correlated with the dose of almond ( r = 0. 957, 0. 944, 0. 944, respectively,P = 0. 000). The correlation between Cu and the dose of almond showed no significance ( r = 0. 489,P = 0. 229). Co^elusion ICP-AES method is accurate and precise. The total dissolved amount of Ca is affected by the amount of water added. The total dissolved amounts of Mg, Fe, and Mn decrease as the dose of almond increases. The total dissolved amount of Cu is not correlated with almond dose.
