摘要
62种常用矿物药急性毒性LD_(60)测定,为药理和毒理研究以及临床安全应用提供了必要参数。矿物药的炮制可影响其毒性和出现反应的时间。矿物药LD_(60)按毒性分级,多数与古籍记载的毒性大小次序相吻合。
Acute toxicity and LD_(50) of 62 mineral drugs were determined by ig, ip or iv in mice, in order to provide some guidelines for safety in clinical use, as well as for pharmacological and toxicological studies. In the present investigation, the difference in the acute toxicity end LD_(50) between raw drugs and medicines prepared by roasting is explained.
