印第安纳沙门菌耐药性研究进展 被引量:3

Advances on antimicrobial resistance research of Salmonella enterica Serovar Indiana

摘要 印第安纳沙门菌是食品中特别是禽肉类食品中较常见的一种血清型。近年来该血清型的临床感染报道和分离菌株数目有着明显上升,伴随着对多种常用抗生素较高的耐受水平和多重耐药性,尤其对沙门菌感染临床一线用药(喹诺酮类和头孢类抗生素),并且具有较为复杂的耐药机制和携带多种可移动元件,给沙门菌临床感染治疗带来极大困难和风险。本文综述了印第安纳沙门菌在国内和国际上的流行状况,并阐述了其耐药种类、多重耐药、头孢噻肟和环丙沙星双耐药及耐药机制等研究进展,讨论了不同来源印第安纳沙门菌分离株的耐药基因型、耐药表型、耐药机制和可传播性。通过对印第安纳沙门菌耐药性的介绍,旨在引起人们对其危害的足够重视,并对评估和临床治疗该类菌株引起的感染提供思路。 Salmonella enterica Serovar Indiana is a common serotype of Salmonella isolated from food especially from poultry meat. Recently it demonstrated a raising tendency of infection cases and isolate numbers with high antimicrobial resistant rate against many common antimicrobials, including quinolones and cephalosporin which were regarded as the first line drug for the treatment of Salmonella infections, and this kind of Salmonella serotype was always carrying complex resistance mechanisms and also a variety of mobile elements, all of these features made the very clinical infections caused by Salmonella hard to treat and brought great difficulties and risks. Here, we review the prevalence of Samonella Indiana on national and international view, and we also anticipate the research progress on antimicrobial drug classes, multi drug resistance, co-resistance and resistance mechanism. We discuss the resistant genotypes, phenotypes, mechanism and transmission of Salmonella Indiana strains isolated from different origins. By introducing the resistance of Salmonella Indiana, we want to attract people's attention to this bacteria and its hazard, and offer some idea to evaluate and treat infections in clinical.
