摘要
目的:对重庆市2007年分离的人群沙门菌菌株进行耐药性和PFGE分子分型研究。方法:全自动细菌生化鉴定仪(VITEK32)和血清学鉴定分离的人群沙门菌,利用K-B法对分离菌株进行药敏检测,并采用PFGE进行分子分型。结果:2007年共分离鉴定79株12种沙门菌(11种血清型和1组B群),全部菌株对至少一种抗菌素耐药,75%(9种)对3种以上的抗菌素耐药,16.67%(2种)对6种抗菌素耐药,尤其是里定沙门菌、婴儿沙门菌及汤卜逊沙门菌耐药严重。沙门菌被分成9种PFGE型14种亚型。结论:重庆市2007年人群沙门菌分离株没有明显的优势流行株,同一事件中的沙门菌PFGE分型相同,分离株耐药情况严重,分离菌株的耐药谱和PFGE型也没有明显的联系。
Objective:To investigate the antimicrobial susceptibility testing and PFGE typing of clinical isolates of Salmonella in Chongqing in 2007. Methods :The isolates of Salmonella were identified by using VITEK 32 and serotyping, molecular typing studied and antimierobial susceptibility testing surveyed by using PFGE and K -B methods. Results:79 strains and 12 serotypes of Salmonella ( 11 species and 1 B group) were identified. All serotypes were resistant to one or more antibiotics, 75% (9 serotypes) of the 12 serotypes were resistant to 3 or more antibiotics and 16. 67% (2 species) of the 12 serotypes were resistant to 6 antibiotics, especially the serotypes S. reading, S. infants and S. thompson is serious. There are have 9 PFGE types and 14 subtypes. Conclusion:There are have no obviously dominance prevail serotypes and the Salmonella isolated from one incident has one PFGE type, in the year 2007 of Chongqing. The antimicrobial resistance of isolates is serious. But there found no any obviously direct relation between the spectra antimicrobial resistance and PFGE typing in this Salmonella.
