摘要
[目的 /意义]在政务微服务日益普及的背景下,通过调查,反映我国省级档案馆微信平台建设与运行现状,提出未来发展思考。[方法 /过程]通过清博大数据平台,采集省级档案馆微信公众号开通时间、服务菜单设置、内容更新频率、内容受欢迎程度、微信传播指数(WCI)、高阅读量文章等运行数据,并进行分析。[结果 /结论 ]我国31个省级档案馆仅有20家开通微信公众号,省级馆档案馆微信平台建设还处于成长期;微信公众号一级菜单可概括为三大类型:档案史料、档案资讯、档案服务,基础服务功能较为薄弱;内容更新频率过缓,受欢迎程度各馆分布失衡,微信传播指数(WCI)分阶段明显。整体而言,省级档案馆微信公众号的影响力还有待提升。提出省级馆微信服务平台未来发展建议:加强基础服务功能建设,采用线上+线下的宣传与推广方式,提高档案宣传信息的质量,拓宽用户互动交流渠道,推动省馆间的运营经验借鉴。
[Purpose/significance] Against the background of the increasing popularity ofgovernment micro-service, the present article makes some reflections on the current situationof the construction and development of the WeChat platform of the provincial archives in China,and offers some thoughts on its future development. [Method/process] Through the Qingbo dataplatform, we collected and analyzed the data about the opening time, service menu setting,content update frequency, content popularity, WeChat communication index （WCI）, andextensively read articles of the WeChat subscription number of the provincial archives. [Result/conclusion] Only 20 of the 31 provincial archives in China have their WeChat subscriptionnumbers, and the construction of the WeChat platform is still at the growth stage, and the firstlevel menu of the WeChat subscription number can be summarized into three types archives’history, archival information, and service. The function of its basic service is relatively weak, thecontent update frequency is too low, the popularity of the WeChat subscription number is greatlyvaried, WeChat communication index （WCI） is obvious in stages. Overall, the impact of the provincial archives WeChat subscription number has yet to be enhanced. It is suggested that theprovincial libraries should strengthen the construction of basic service, adopt online and offlinemethods of publicity and promotion, improve the quality of archival publicity and information,widen the channels of interactive communication between users, and promote experience sharingamong provincial archives.
