摘要
赤峰敖仑花矿业有限责任公司,注重矿产资源节约和综合开发利用,在钼矿伴生铜、银元素的综合回收利用方面,取得了较好的效果。通过分析矿石性质,确定合理的工艺流程,调整优化操作条件,在钼矿石含铜0. 016%、含银1. 5 g/t极低的伴生元素中,提取铜、银元素获得成功,不但达到了节约资源和综合回收的目的,还每年为企业创造价值2 000多万元,同时也为伴生元素的综合回收提供了借鉴经验。2011年被国土资源部评选为综合利用示范项目。
Chifeng Aolunhua Mining Limited Liability Company pays attention to mineral resources saving and comprehensive utilization. Good results have been achieved in the comprehensive recovery and utilization of associated copper and silver elements in molybdenum mines. Through analysis of ore properties,reasonable process flow and adjusting and optimizing working conditions,the copper and silver elements have been successfully extracted from molybdenum ore with low copper and silver content of copper content 0. 016%,silver content 1. 5 g/t. The result not only achieves the purpose of saving resources and comprehensive recovery,but also creates twenty million yuan worth for enterprises every year,at the same time,it also provides reference experience for the comprehensive recovery of associated elements. In 2011,it was selected as the comprehensive utilization demonstration project by the Ministry of Land and Resources.
