某低品位铜矿浮选柱快速浮选试验研究

摘要 某低品位铜矿选厂采用分步优先浮选工艺选铜。由于原矿品位较低,铜快速浮选流程精矿品位难以提高,无法达到分步优先工艺的效果。为实现“能收多收、能收早收”的效果,采用旋流-静态微泡浮选柱替代浮选机快速浮选,可获得铜品位、回收率分别为24.16%、94.50%的铜精矿,比现场流程获得的铜精矿铜品位提高0.4%、铜回收率提高1.19%,工艺效果显著。 A low-grade copper ore separation plant in fujian adopted the step by step flotation process for copper separation.Due to the low grade of raw ore,it is difficult to improve the concentrate grade in the copper rapid flotation process,which cannot achieve the effect of step-by-step priority process.In order to achieve the effect of"more recovery and earlier recovery",the cyclone static micro bubble flotation column was used to replace the flotation machine for rapid flotation.The copper concentrate with copper grade and recovery rate of 24.16%and 94.50%respectively was obtained,which was 0.4%higher than the copper grade and 1.19%higher than the copper recovery rate of the copper concentrate obtained in the field process.The process effect is significant.
