摘要
结合长庆油田分公司第三采油厂空气泡沫驱的生产实际,通过实验开展了空气泡沫驱腐蚀性因素(如:O_2含量、CO_2含量、压力、p H值、温度、矿化度等)对腐蚀的影响研究,利用灰色理论分析方法,明确了空气泡沫驱对系统造成腐蚀的主要因素。结果表明:空气泡沫驱系统压力、温度、氧气的含量越高,腐蚀性越强;体系偏酸或偏碱都会加快腐蚀,在p H值为8时,腐蚀速率较小;矿化度、CO_2含量在正常变化范围内,对腐蚀影响较小。空气泡沫驱系统腐蚀因素与腐蚀速率的综合关联度从大到小的排列顺序为:pH值、温度、O_2含量、CO_2含量、压力、矿化度,表明pH值、温度、O_2含量为空气泡沫驱对系统造成腐蚀的主要因素。
According to the production practice of air foam flooding in No. 3 Oil Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield Company, the effects of O2 content, CO2 content, pressure, pH value, temperature and salinity on the corrosion of the air foam system were studied experimentally. The main corrosion factors of air foam flooding system are analyzed by grey theory. The results show that the higher the pressure,temperature and oxygen content of the air foam flooding system,the stronger the eorrosivity of the system; the high or low pH of the system will accelerate corrosion, and the eorrosivity is the smallest when the pH value is 8;if the salinity and CO2 content are within the normal change range, their influence on the corrosion of the system is small. The comprehensive correlation degree between corrosion factors and corrosion rate of air foam flooding system is from large to small : pH value, temperature, O2 content, CO2 content, pressure, salinity,indicating that pH value, temperature and O2 content are the main corrosion factors of air foam flooding system.
