电刺激联合人尿激肽原酶治疗脑梗死效果观察 被引量:3

Effects of electrical stimulation combined with HUK in treatment of cerebral infarction

摘要 目的研究电刺激联合人尿激肽原酶(HUK)对脑梗死的疗效及血流动力学的影响。方法选择81例脑梗死患者,随机分为两组。在基础治疗的同时,对照组加用HUK治疗,观察组加用电刺激联合HUK治疗。比较两组的治疗总有效率及治疗前后吞咽功能评分、ADL、NIHSS量表评分和血流动力学变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);两组治疗后的ADL量表评分明显升高,吞咽功能评分和NIHSS量表评分均明显降低,且观察组的改善优于对照组(P <0.05);两组治疗后的大脑最大峰值流速及平均流速均明显升高(P <0.05),血管阻力指数及搏动指数均明显降低(P <0.05),两组比较差异不显著(P> 0.05)。结论电刺激联合HUK可有效提高脑梗死的临床疗效,显著改善患者的神经功能、吞咽功能障碍,提高日常生活能力,值得推广应用。 Objective To study the effects of electrical stimulation combined with hmnan urinary kallikein (HUK) in the treatment of cerebral infarction and the impacts on haemodynamies. Methods A total of 81 patients with cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. On the basis of basic therapy, the control group was additionally treated with HUK and the observation group was additionally treated with electrical stimulation combined with HUK. The overall response rate (ORR) and the changes in swallowing function scores, activities of daily living (ADL), NIHSS scale scores and hemodynanlies before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The ORR in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05); the ADL scale scores in the two groups increased significantly after treatment, the swallowing function scores and NIHSS scale scores decreased significantly, and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05}; the post-treatment maximum and average brain velocity- in the two groups increased significantly (P 〈 0.05), vascular resistance index and pulse index decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Electrical stimulation combined with HUK can effectively improve the clinical effects of cerebral infarction, significantly improve the neurological and swallowing dysfunction of patients improve ADL and is worthy of popularization and application.
