摘要
目的:观察探讨涤痰汤合通窍活血汤联合吞咽功能训练治疗脑梗死后吞咽障碍的临床疗效,总结临床用药经验。方法:选择我院收治的脑梗死伴吞咽障碍的患者64例,按照随机数字表抽取法将其分成2组,各为32例,对照组在基础治疗上配合吞咽功能训练,治疗组在对照组基础上加上涤痰汤合通窍活血汤加减方治疗,观察比较两组治疗前后吞咽障碍评分、神经功能缺损评分、生活自理能力评分及治疗1个疗程后的总有效率。结果:两组治疗后吞咽障碍评分、神经功能缺损评分、生活自理能力评分与治疗前比较均有明显改善,但治疗组改善程度更为显著,P<0.05;治疗组治疗1个疗程后的总有效率为90.6%(29/32),对照组为71.9%(23/32),两组治疗效果比较存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论:涤痰汤合通窍活血汤联合吞咽功能训练治疗脑梗死后吞咽障碍的临床疗效显著,可有效改善吞咽障碍症状及神经功能,提高患者生活质量。
Objective：To observe of Ditan decoction wtih Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with swallowing function training in the treatment of cerebral infarction after swallowing disorder clinical efficacy and to summarize the experience of clinical application.Methods：64cases of patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were associated with dysphagia,according to the random number table extraction method will be divided into 2groups,the in 32 cases,control group based on the therapy combined with swallowing function training,the observation group in the control group on the basis of plus Ditan decoction combined Huoxue Tongqiao decoction treatment observed before and after treatment were compared between the two groups dysphagia score and a course of treatment after the total efficiency and quality of life scores.Results：After treatment,two groups were treated with dysphagia score,neurological deficit score,and daily living ability scores were significantly improved compared with before treatment,but the observation group was significantly improved,P 0.05,the total effective rate was 90.6%（29/32）in the observation group and 71.9%（23/32）in the control group,there were significant differences in the treatment effect between the two groups,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Ditan decoction combined with Huoxue Tongqiao decoction of dysphagia after combined with swallowing function training in the treatment of cerebral infarction clinical curative effects significantly,can effectively improve the dysphagia symptoms and nerve function,improve the life quality of the patients.
