摘要
随着汽车自动驾驶技术的迅猛发展,在技术、产业、法律和政策的互动与碰撞中,自动驾驶对于立法的需求变得越来越迫切。而参考国外有关自动驾驶立法的发展历程,对中国的自动驾驶立法有很大的实践意义。
With the rapid development of autonomous driving technology, the need for legislation for autonomous driving has become more and more urgent in the ？elds of technology, industry, law and policy. The reference to the development of the legislations on autonomous driving in foreign countries has great practical signi？cance for China＇s autonomous driving legislation.
