摘要
清政府对四川杂谷地方实施的"土屯制度",是从土司制度向完全改土归流的过渡,与原土司制度相比,有着本质的区别。作者旨在对杂谷厅五屯官兵的设置、履行的义务及清政府对五屯官兵的管理措施进行梳理,从而说明清政府在杂谷地区废"土司",行"改屯"是一次成功的尝试,它不仅为边陲的稳定做出了一定贡献,而且对嘉绒及川西北地区的管理,特别是大小金川土司的改土归流起到了一定的借鉴作用。
The ＂Tutun system＂ implemented by the Qing government in Sichuan Zagu area was a transition from Tusi sys^m to the system of Gaituguilin, which was essentially different from the original system of Tusi. The purpose of writing this paper is to sort out the establishment and obligation of the officers and soldiers of five fortresses in Zagu end the management measures of the Qing government to the officers and soldiers of this area, which explains that it is a successful attempt for the Qing government to ~place ＂Tusi system＂ with ＂Tun system＂ in Zagu area. It not only made some contribution to the stability of the border area, but also offered some new ideas in the management of Jiarong and the northwest Sichuan, especially the small and large Jinchuan Tusi.
