摘要
目的:探究替吉奥胶囊联合调强适形放疗(IMRT)在进展期胃癌的临床价值。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年7月在本院接受进展期胃癌治疗的60例患者为研究对象,根据病区的不同,分为常规组(30例)与干预组(30例),常规组给予单纯调强适形放疗,干预组给予替吉奥胶囊联合调强适形放疗(IMRT),对比两组患者的治疗效果、毒副反应、生活质量以及营养评分。结果:干预组的治疗总有效率为70.00%,明显高于常规组的43.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均具有较好的耐受性,毒副反应集中于血液毒性的0～Ⅰ期。干预组的生活质量良好率(86.67%)明显高于常规组(56.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,干预组患者的营养评分为(1.28±0.36)分,低于常规组患者的(2.57±0.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:替吉奥胶囊联合调强适形放疗治疗进展期胃癌,与单纯调强适形放疗比较,提高了患者的营养状况,改善了患者的治疗效果与生活质量,但均具有不同程度的毒副作用,属于患者耐受范围内。
Objective：To investigate the clinical value of Tigio Capsule combined with intensity modulated radiation therapy（IMRT） in advanced gastric cancer.Method：60 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were selected,depending on the area,they were divided into conventional group （30 cases） and intervention group（30 cases）.The conventional group was given intensity modulated radiation therapy alone,the intervention group was given Tigio Capsule combined intensity modulated radiation therapy（IMRT）.The therapeutic effect,side effects,quality of life and nutritional score in two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of intervention group was 70.00%,significantly higher than 43.33% of routine group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Both groups had good tolerance and the toxicity was concentrated in stage 0-Ⅰ of blood toxicity. The good quality of life rate in the intervention group （86.67%） was significantly higher than that in the routine group （56.67%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Tigio Capsule combined with intensity modulated radiation therapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,compared with intensity modulated radiation therapy alone,can improve the nutritional status of patients,improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients,but all have varying degrees of toxicity and side effects,belonging to the tolerance of patients.
