城市和农村学校信息化应用水平发展差异及影响因素分析 被引量:11

摘要 实现信息化教学应用由融合应用向创新发展转变是教育信息化2. 0行动计划的重要内容。然而,我国教育信息化应用水平存在明显的城乡差异。通过客观评估城市和农村学校信息化应用水平,分析影响城市和农村学校信息化应用水平差异的关键因素,对全面推进基础教育信息化常态化应用和全方位创新应用有着重要意义。以H省17个地市1165所中小学为研究对象,构建中小学校信息化应用水平评估模型,量化分析各影响因素对城市和农村学校信息化应用水平发展差异的贡献程度。结果表明,我国基础教育信息化发展已进入内涵式提升阶段,需重点关注提高农村学校网络接入带宽,加强信息技术学科教师队伍建设,以缩小城市和农村学校信息化应用水平发展差异。 The realization of the transformation of ilfformation- based teaching applications from converged applications to innovative development is an important part of the Education Informatization 2.0 action plan. However, it nmst be noted that there is a significant difference between urban and rural ICT application level of school in China. By objectively assessing the development differences and influencing factors of the ICT application level of school in urban - rural areas, and to promote the normal application of ICT in basic education and the application of all - round innovation. Based on the survey data of 1165 primary and secondary schools in 17 prefectures and cities in H Province, the paper built an evaluation model of ICT application level, and quantifies the contribution of various ilfflueneing factors to the differences in the development of the ICT application level of school in urban - rural areas. The analysis finds that the development of ICT in basic education has entered the connotation - enhancement stage, narrowing the development gap between the ICT application level of urban and rural schools, and should focus on improving the network access bandwidth of rural schools and strengthening the construction of a teacher team of ilfformation technology disciplines.
