摘要
目的:提高肝康灵颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TCL)对制剂中绵茵陈、虎杖进行薄层鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定肝康灵颗粒中虎杖苷的含量。色谱柱:月旭C18柱(4. 6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流速:1. 0 m L/min;流动相∶乙腈∶水(18∶82);检测波长:306 nm;柱温:25℃,进样量:10. 0μL。结果:绵茵陈及虎杖的TLC图主斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性样品无干扰。虎杖苷在0. 022~0. 352μg(r=0. 9999)呈良好的线性关系;加样回收率为99. 71%(RSD=2. 15%)。结论:本法能全面有效地控制肝康灵颗粒质量,为临床合理用药提供参考。
Objective: To improve the quality standard for Gankangling Granule. Methods: TLC was used for the qualitative identification of Artemisia capillaris and Polygonum cuspidatum in the preparation, and HPLC was used for the contents determination of polydatin in the granule. The column was Welch C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile - water for imperatorin( 18 :82) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the injection volume was 10.0μL, and the detection wavelength was 306 nm while the column temperature was 25℃. Results : The TLC spots of Artemisia capillaris and Polygonum cuspidatum were clear and well separated, negative sample showed no interference. The linear range was 0.022-0.352μg (r =0.9999) for polydatin, and the recovery was 99.71 % (RSD = 2.15% ). Conclusion: The improved standard can effectively control the quality of the Gangangling Granule.
