摘要
目的研究了全科护理安全管理与风险防范策略。方法从我院选取1200例符合要求的患者作为研究对象,并随机均分为对照组和观察组,分别采取常规护理管理模式和安全管理与风险防范护理管理模式,然后比较两组患者的满意度、护理纠纷和风险事件发生率。结果两组患者采取相应的护理管理措施后,观察组的患者满意度、护理纠纷和风险发生率明显要强于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论加强全科护理的安全管理和风险防范,可以有效地提高患者满意度,降低风险事件发生率,值得在临床上大力推广。
Objective To study the general nursing safety management and risk prevention strategies. Methods 1200 eligible patients from our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group. Routine nursing management model, safety management and risk prevention nursing management model were adopted respectively. Then the satisfaction of the two groups was compared. , care disputes and the incidence of risk events. Results After the corresponding care management measures were taken in both groups, the patient satisfaction, nursing disputes and risk occurrence rate in the observation group were significantly stronger than those in the control group (P〈0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Strengthening the safety management and risk prevention of general nursing can effectively improve the patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of risk events, and it is worth promoting in the clinic.
