摘要
农业院校法学专业要办出自己的专业特色,实现综合性大学的目标,在法学教育中占一席之地,必须跳出传统的教育模式,树立一种全新的特色教育观。其中一个重要环节就是强化法学教学实践的创新。在农业院校的法学教育和实践中,应立足"三农"、服务"三农",建立以"农"为特色的法律实践教学体系,培养出有农业院校法学特色,服务于社会主义新农村的新型法律人才。
If the law major in agricultural universities want to do their special characteristics and achieve the goal of comprehensive university,and has an important position in law education,they must go out of the traditional mode of education and set up a new view of education.One of the important links is the innovative of the law major teaching practice.In law education and practice of agricultural university,we should basis on 'agriculture,countryside and farmer',service for them,and set up a new feature of education which has agriculture characteristics,train some new legal talents who have law major characteristics of agricultural university and can service the new socialist countryside.The purpose of the article is to explore trouble in creating agriculture characteristics about teaching practice of law major in the agricultural universities and give some proposal,in background the new rural construction.
