摘要
法学专业实践教学是专业人才培养的重要途径。高等农业院校的法学专业由于创办时间短,实践教学没有形成自己的特色,不能适应社会和学生对专业能力培养的要求。分析了法学专业一般实践教学方法,指出农业院校法学专业实践教学方法存在的问题。通过法学实践教学方法改革指导思想的论证,提出了法学专业实践教学方法的革新思路。
Law major in practice is an important approach to training tersonnel. Law major in agro --universities has not yet formed into its own characteristic, not even to meet the needs of the society, and the requirements of speciality in cultivation of students, in that it has been established in much shorter length of time. In this paper, the writer makes a brief analysis of general law teaching methodology in practice, points out the problems existing in law major in agricultural universities, and advances law major teaching technique innovation thinking in practice by the arguementation for innovation of instructing theory in teaching methodolog in law practice.
