摘要
随着工业和经济的发展,环境问题成为人们普遍关注的焦点,石油污染成了不可忽视的问题。微生物修复作为一种新型环保的生物修复技术,已成为石油污染生物修复的核心技术。对石油降解微生物的种类即细菌、蓝藻、真菌以及藻类进行了总结,对微生物对石油烃的降解途径与降解机理进行了综述。
With the development of industry and economy,environmental problems have become the focus of attention,and oil pollution has become a problem that can not be ignored.As a new environmental protection bioremediation technology,microbial remediation has become the core technology of bioremediation of petroleum pollution.The types of petroleum-degrading microorganisms such as bacteria,cyanobacteria,fungi and algae were summarized.The pathways and mechanisms of petroleum hydrocarbon degradation by microorganisms were reviewed.
