摘要 为解决某航空异型零件的检测问题,文中以反远距系统为初始结构,运用光学设计软件ZEMAX设计了一款小畸变、高分辨率、大视场及结构简单的双远心物镜.系统采用近似对称结构自动校正垂轴像差,通过厚透镜校正场曲,利用薄透镜弯曲校正球差,改变两块厚透镜之间的距离校正像散,对光学系统进行了优化,以点列图、场曲畸变图等像差曲线及调制传递函数(MTF)曲线等为依据对镜头成像质量进行了评价.结果表明:设计的双远心工业镜头由7片透镜组成,在工作距离为100mm,F数为8,设计波长为可见波长,物方线视场为60mm,2/3inch CCD (8.8mm×6.6mm)为接收器件的条件下得到了放大倍率β为-0.18,畸变小于0.1%,远心度优于0.12°,调制传递函数(MTF)曲线在空间频率为60lp·mm^(-1)时,MTF值皆大于0.55的双远心光学系统,满足了系统设计要求. In order to detect an irregular aircraft part,the paper presents a double telecentric optical lens which was designed based on the inverse distance system structure by employing the optical design software,ZEMAX.The lens is characterized by high resolution,low distortion,large field of view and simple structure.The system is optimized by adopting approximate symmetry structure to automatically adjust the vertical axis aberration,by using the thick lenses to adjust the field curvature and thin lenses to adjust the spherical aberration,and by altering the distance between two thick lenses to adjust the astigmatism.The image quality of the system is assessed by aberration curves of spot diagram,and field curl/dist,etc.and modulation transfer function (MTF) curves.Consisting of seven lenses,the invented double telecentric optical system meets the requirements of a receiving device with the working distance of 100 mm,the object height field of view of 60 mm,the target of CCD of 2/3 inch (8.8 mm×6.6 mm) and the F number of 8.The magnification factor is -0.18,the distortion is less than 0.1%,the maximum telecentricity is 0.12°,and MTF values are greater than 0.55 at the space frequency of 60 lp·mm ^-1 .
