摘要
目的探讨脑动脉介入溶栓手术在急诊治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月我院治疗的84例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,将患者随机等分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用传统治疗方式治疗及护理,研究组采用脑动脉介入溶栓手术治疗及护理。比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),两组患者的满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论利用脑动脉介入溶栓手术治疗急性脑梗死患者,能给患者建立一条便捷、高效、专业化的急性脑梗死救治绿色通道,其不仅能够及时判断急性脑梗死患者的病情,缩短治疗时间,也能增强急性脑梗死患者的溶栓疗效。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of cerebral artery intervention in thrombolysis for treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction in the emergency department. Methods A total of 84 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as research subjects. These patients were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. The control group was treated with traditional treatment and nursing. The experimental group was treated with cerebral artery intervention in thrombolysis surgery and nursing. The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The curative effect of the study group was obviously better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P ＜0.05）.There was statistical significance in the difference of the satisfaction between the two groups（ P ＜ 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction by cerebral artery intervention in thrombolysis can establish a convenient, efficient and specialized green channel for acute cerebral infarction. It can not only determine the condition of patients with acute cerebral infarction timely, but also shorten the treatment time. In addition, this method can enhance curative effect of thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
