摘要
目的探讨采用护理风险管理在急诊消化内镜诊疗中的临床应用效果。方法选取2015年3月至2016年12月我院收治的100例急诊消化内镜诊疗的患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予护理风险管理,比较两组患者对护理风险管理的满意度以及两组患者不良事件发生率。结果观察组患者满意度均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论在急诊消化内镜诊疗中采用护理风险管理可显著提高患者的满意度,同时还可以降低不良事件的发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of nursing risk management in emergency digestive endoscopy. Methods To compare the satisfaction of nursing risk management and incidence of adverse events, 100 cases of patients who underwent emergency digestive endoscopy in our hospital from March 2015 to December 2016 were observed, and were randomly divided into control group and study group with equal members. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group received nursing risk management. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was obviously higher than that of the control group（ P ＜0.05）.The incidence of adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P ＜0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in emergency digestive endoscopy could significantly improve patients’ satisfaction and reduce the incidence of adverse events,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
