摘要
"工匠精神"作为一种优秀的职业道德文化,在高职人才培养过程中具有重要的时代内涵和当代价值。严谨求实、持之以恒、爱岗敬业、精益求精、守正创新的"工匠精神"是高职文化的精髓。高职文化建设应贯穿"工匠精神"的培养,通过激发内生动力提供动力源泉,保持内稳态推动稳定发展,增强免疫力保证系统健康,打造进化动力促进积累升华,拓展生态位彰显文化优势,在人才培养和校园文化建设方面发挥重要的生态作用。
As an excellent culture of professional ethics, ＂the Spirit of Craftsman＂ has its important connotations and contem- porary- values in the training process of higher vocational talents. ＂The Spirit of craftsman＂ is rigorous, realistic, persistent, loving and devoted to work, striving for perfection and keeping pace with innovation, which is the essence of higher vocational culture. The cultural construction of higher vocational education should be carried out through the cultivation of ＂the Craftsman Spirit＂, by stimulating endogenous power to provide power source, maintaining steady development in steady internal state, strengthening imnmnity to ensure the health of the system, creating an evolutionary- impetus to promote aeeumulation and subli- mation, expanding a niche to highlight cultural advantages, as well as giving full play to talent cultivation and construction of campus culture so as to achieve important ecological effects.
