摘要
中国社会已进入一个大众创业、万众创新的新时代。由于地方高校升本晚、底子薄、师资弱、科研水平低等先天不足的原因,新时代实施"人才强省战略"中,面临着制约创新创业教育深入开展的五大瓶颈。因此,应从拓展发展环境、发展方向、发展角色、发展方式等方面准确定位;在大学组织结构方面向大众化组织结构转型,创新体制机制,构建创新创业生态体系的路径;从构建开放式育人环境、集聚创新创业要素、强化科技支撑、搭建"互联网+高等教育"平台、打造全链条创新创业载体等方面推进地方高校创新创业教育的深入开展。
Chinese society has entered the new era of mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation. Because the local universities had congenital deficiencies such as upgrading into undergraduate level quite late,the weak basis, weak teaching resource,and low level in scientific research etc,they have to face the five bottlenecks restricting the entrepreneurship and innovation education in depth in the implementation of the strategy of “ making powerful province with talents”. Therefore, we should have an exact orientation in expanding the environment, direction, role, and method for the development; we should transform into popular organizational structure in the university, innovate the mechanism and system, and construct the path for the ecological system of entrepreneurship and innovation ;and we should promote the entrepreneurship and innovation education in depth in the local universities in the aspects such as constructing the open environment for talent education,assembling the elements for entrepreneurship and innovation, strengthening the science and technological support, establishing the platform of “internet ＋ higher education”,and creating the carrier for entrepreneurship and innovation with the full chain etc.
