摘要
创造力是创新的第一要素。与特殊创造力相对应,一般创造力正在从"神坛"走向大众。一般创造力属创造力的范畴,有其自身独特的概念内涵,更强调以全新的视角看问题以及创造性地做一切事的倾向。精神分析学派、人本主义学派以及近代学者间接和直接地证明了一般创造力是"健康人"实现完整人格和独特自我的需要,它呈现一种间断性的连续,存在于每个人当中,是人人都有的内在潜质。一般创造力的影响因素包括认知、行为风格或人格、内在动机、环境以及综合因素。一般创造力的提出有助于完善创造力的概念体系,为一般创造力提升路径等研究提供理论基础和依据。
Creativity is the most important element for innovation. As opposed to special creativity, general creativity now begins to walk into the public from its “altar”. With its own unique concept connotation, general creativity belongs to the scope of creativity,and it emphasizes viewing the problems with a new perspective and doing everything creatively. Psychoanalytic school, humanistic school, and modem scholars prove directly or indirectly that general creativity is needed for a “healthy person” to realize his complete personality and unique self, and representing an intermittent continuity, it consists in everyone as the internal potential. The influencing factors of general creativity include cognition,behavior style or personality,inner motive,environment and comprehensive factors. The concept of general creativity, being put forward, is helpful for completing the concept system of creativity ,and also provides the theoretical basis for the research on how to improve the general creativity etc.
