半自动熔化极气体保护焊在不锈钢复合板覆层堆焊中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 不锈钢复合板制容器既可以保证设备具有足够的强度,又可以降低材料成本。分析了不锈钢复合板Q345R+S31603的焊接性和焊接难点,根据覆层焊接结构特点,确定了焊接坡口形式,采用半自动熔化极气体保护焊方法进行不锈钢复合板覆层堆焊,选用化学成分相匹配的ER309MoL焊丝和ER316L焊丝作为过渡层及面层焊接材料。经过焊接工艺评定试验,验证了所制订焊接工艺的合理性。对不锈钢复合板制容器的实际焊接效果表明,采用半自动熔化极气体保护焊既能保证覆层的化学成分和耐蚀性能,又可保证不锈钢复合板的焊接质量,焊接生产效率得到大幅提高。 Stainless steel clad plate has adequate strength and its use in pressure vessels may lower down material cost of the equipment. Based on the analysis of welding structure and technical welding difficulties of stainless steel clad plate Q345R+S31603,and considering the characteristics of clad welding structure,it is decided that the semi-automatic gas metal arc welding method will be applied to surface clad welding. Style of the welding groove is chosen,and welding material(ER309MoL and ER316L)are selected for surface and transition layer. The reasonability of the welding process is proved by welding process qualification test proves. The practical effects of welding applied on stainless steel clad plate vessel manufacture show that semi-automatic gas metal arc welding can not only guarantee the chemical composition and corrosion resisting property of the surface layer,but also ensures welding quality and improves welding efficiency greatly.
