摘要 为了减少设备故障时间、提高干燥车间设备的可靠性和生产效能,降低电耗及燃煤单耗,经过技术改造将炉渣斗提机改为刮板机、燃煤斗提机改成带式输送机、均量加料机改为刮板机、串通了清水泵与污水泵,并对密封排料机进行了拆除,提高了系统运行稳定性,设备故障对生产的影响时间大大降低,处理能力大大增加。 In order to improve the reliability and production efficiency of drying workshop equipment by reducing equipment downtime, power consumption and coal consumption, some technical transformations have been taken such as substituting the slag bucket elevator and quantitative feeder with scraper conveyor, replacing coal bucket elevator with belt conveyor, connecting the clear water pump and the sewage pump, and dismantling the sealing discharging machine. Through the improvement of the above measures, the stability of the system is improved, the impact of equipment malfunction on the production time is greatly reduced, and the processing capacity is greatly increased.
